By default, 5 user accesses are included in all licenses. You can purchase as many user accesses as you need.

Do external participants such as lawyers and accountants count in the number of users?

No. You can add as many external participants as you wish, without it being counted in the number of user accesses.

How is payment made?

Payment is made either by payment card (Dankort and VISA) or via invoice. All charges are for a 12 month period. See license terms for further information. The payment obligation is due when the license is purchased.

Can Board and Management liability insurance be purchased for other licences?

Board and management liability insurance requires the purchase of an ELITE or ENTERPRISE license. If you want to get an offer for insurance for another license choice - please contact us to hear about terms and price.

How do you cancel a license?

Termination of a license must be done in writing by email to [email protected] from an Administrator on your Board. We will then send a confirmation back.

Please note the notice period as described in our license terms.
