Owners
Randi Ib is the founder of BOARD OFFICE A/S. Today she is the CEO and responsible for commercial operations, research, and business development. She has solid governance experience and is author for several books about board work. In 2015 she was academically acclaimed for the model BOARD GROUND ZERO. See more at BOARD-PEOPLE.DK
John Lindgaard joined the ownership group at the end of 2019. John has many years of solid business experience and has also passed two board training courses.
Francois Grimal joined the ownership circle in 2023. Francois has many years of experience with board work, growth and business development. He is also chairman of TEI.
